State Chapter 667 - Elderly Young & Disabled
The East Bridgewater Housing
Authority provides state-aided housing to elderly and disabled persons and low
income families.
The elderly/disabled rent is
calculated at 30% of net income. The
family rents are calculated at 27% of net income.
These programs are governed by
760 CMR 5.00, Eligibility and Selection Criteria.
Please note that all housing applications
and forms must filled out completely and mailed or delivered to the East
Bridgewater Housing Authority Office at 100 Prospect Street, East Bridgewater,
MA 02333.
Any housing applications sent by
e-mail or fax cannot be accepted at this time.
State Department of Developmental Services
In addition to the state- aided public housing properties, the Housing Authority has a contract with the Department of Developmental Services whose residents are placed through the DDS.
State Chapter 705 - Family
This housing is open to people of all ages, including single people, people with disabilities, and families. The Housing Authority owns eight three bedroom family duplex units located at Prospect Street
